Governance structure and committees

 

Under the KGaA structure, ProCredit General Partner AG is responsible for managing ProCredit Holding.

The Supervisory Boards of ProCredit General Partner AG and ProCredit Holding comprise the same six individuals.

That is why we refer to the “Management Board” of ProCredit General Partner AG, but to the “Management” of ProCredit Holding, although they are de facto the same individuals.

The Management Board has established numerous committees that define overarching policies as well as support and advise the Management with regard to monitoring and steering the development of all ProCredit institutions which must implement those policies.
